How do I uninstall screen savers that I do not want to use anymore?

Look int the ~/library folder you should see a folder called screen savers, go into that and trash what you don't want. Please note that there's also a /library/screen savers folder.

For most applications and for screensavers that's it. If an application comes with an uninstaller you should use that instead though.
You are not going to break anything by trashing a screensaver.
