Chicago and Charcoal Font, Where Do I Get It?

Is there a way to obtain Chicago and Charcoal fonts for OS X?
I'm wanting to use them in typing, iChat, and GUI of OS X.

Just copy them from the Fonts folder in an OS 9 System Folder to /Library/Fonts in OS X.

What if I don't have OS 9?
Why did they not include these in OS X?
