This morning I went to reboot my computer and when I did it would not pair with my bluetooth mouse any more. When I go to discover it again and hit the connect button on the mouse, nothing.
Any help?

Anyone, please?
I still can't get it to work. The device is detected but it cannot pair.

Well, I feel like an ass. Changning the batteries fixed it...

Believe me, you're not the only ass around. I wasted a couple of hours trying to figure out what the heck was going on until I swapped the batteries. That of course, fixed everything.

Change the batteries. <snicker snicker snicker>
Also, pressing the "connect/channel" button on the bottom of the mouse will cause it to regenerate a unique ID that will instantly break any active connections & will require you to repair the device.
