Didn't the intro to CBS' interview of Saddam say that Baghdad is larger the Los Angeles? So this is a small excerpt from the center?

Explanation of Iraq space map
About half way down on the right is a link entitled Baghdad Map. It is pretty cool and labels a lot of the stuff on that huge picture.
That thing Maroma asked about is a Military Monument

Bagdad looks like a prime opportunity for a landscape company to install the mother of all watering systems. That place looks so dry!

And just think, this is just a commercial remote sensing satellite. State of the art, though. www.spaceimaging.com
Imagine what the military satellites are capable of?!!?!?

I can see a line about "starting at $7/sq km. on one of the pages. But haven't been able to get right into the site. Been "loading application" for about 45 minutes. So have you knowledgeable geeks got a way around the loading procedure and/or the $ barrier? Or deep pockets?
