Holy crap, is that the FAO Schwatrz building in the background? Just a little South of Central Park, right?

Sounds like a perfect day of conspicuous consumerism -- you can get your own expensive toys as well as overpriced toys for your kids in one trip! Sounds like Yuppie heaven!

(Do Yuppies still exist, or have they all retired already?)

That store/the celebrities were so worth the THREE HOUR wait. Good thing I had no idea who Harry Connick Jr was, so I went up to him and said "Are you famous?" because everyone was taking his picture. He wasn't amused. There were a couple SNL people there too, and one of the guys from Queer Eye, and Spike Lee, and most importantly STEVE JOBS.

And I bought this great InCase that they made just for that store. It's got a pattern with skyscrapers and the Statue of Liberty. It came in white and black, and the white was REALLY nice, but I was afraid of how dirty it'd get, so I got the black instead.

By the way, I got on line at around 7, so at 10 when I got in, they were out of t-shirts. I was crushed!

Looks like an awesome store. They don't make those kind of Apple stores over here, we just have some crappy small stores... i'm living in the wrong country (because of the wheather too, not just Apple stores)

stuffing feathers up your b*tt doesn't make you a chicken.

Ya, current Macs are the cheapest they have been in a while, especially with the performance they have now.

We should be clear. That Apple store is not a cube and it's not glass. Only the front entrance is cube and glass.

We should be clear. That's the upper entrance and it's lexan.

I love the U.S., but we need some time apart.
