I am often annoyed by the fact that when I place my touch in its dock to charge it through my G5, another user's account will be the current one and my touch will try to use that account. That means that iTunes will launch and complain about songs not being in its library, and then if I switch to my user I'll get a dialog from iTunes telling me that the iPod is already in use by another account. Is there any way to hack things so that OS X will essentially ignore an iPod unless a particular account is in the foreground?
