A week ago I recieved my iMac 500 with os 9.1.
Since then i have difficulties in connecting to my ISP.
Previously, I have connected with OS 8.6 and ARA 3.1.3 without any problem.
My problem now is that every time I try to connect to the internet, either by launching any e-mail software I have. or first launching ARA, and then connecting to launch later the browser or the e-mail software, when reaching the point where in the window it tells me that it Starts PPP, and instade of continuing the process it stands still, and after some seconds, it tells me that connection failed, and to try to connect latter.
My ISP says that the problem is not on his side.
I have trashed the ARA prefernces and rebuilt the desktop, but it continues the refuse communicate me it the first attempt, and responding only after six or seven times.
