Once you added a RSS feed to Mail, it used to sort it alphabetically; now it keeps adding the feeds to the bottom no matter its name, kind of like it was sorting them by date. This can be an annoyance if you happen to prioritize the source over the date.
I still have not found a way to solve this behavior. Running Lion's Mail 5.2 with no 3rd party plug-ins / add-ons at all.
TIA.

Behavior seems random and unconnected as I did add a new RSS feed starting with "B" and Mail placed it to the bottom of the RSS feed list. Then, I renamed it by deleting a word at the end of the feed name so it kept its name starting with "B", and Mail sorted it rightly. This trick didn't work with other feeds though, hence the randomness I was talking about.
Also, the actual url for the feed doesn't seem to matter either, hence the 'unconnected.'
Mail Version 5.2 OS X Lion.

The snarky reply:
Upgrade to Mountain Lion.
All problems with RSS and Mail have been resolved in Mountain Lion (I never understood why RSS feeds were added to Mail, of all places—you're the first person I've ever heard of using that feature in Mail).

So, reading between lines I understand they solved this by removing RSS functionality from Mail in Mountain Lion
It is worth mentioning I am typing this on a Mac Pro 1,1 so no ML for me.
