A friend asked me to download some videos from a web-site that his daughter did some modeling for (don't get excited, it's boring clothing). I've used a few flash down-loaders in the past on the mac and none are working for this site. None I've found on Windows are working either (really just Chrome extensions)- none seem to recognize it's a flash video.

One of the videos can be viewed here:

ALANA - Womens Gilet in Gilets at the Joules Clothing

Anyone have any suggestions to grab it?

Embedded Objects addon worked on that web page. It gave me an .mp4 download of the video.

In Safari, I clicked on your link, then I opened the Activity Window (Window>Activity) and looked through the listed files. Since this is a video file, it's going to be larger than most everything else on the site, so I just scanned the right column and found the largest sized file. Confirmed it's a video file by the extension (m4v, other common ones could be flv, f4v, mov, etc). From there, you can click on the link and copy & paste it into the browser, or the downloads window.
