Did a forum search, but last results were published in 2006.

Starting yesterday, iCal started acting weird. I was moving an event over from Friday to Saturday & I got 'stuck' on the event. I could not release it (even though I tried) The event would stay lit up like I was still holding it. I couldn't even quit out of iCal. So I forced quit iCal, reopened & now my calendars (all of the ones that are disappearing are MobileMe synced calendars.) keep disappearing. They are still on mobile me & I can see them on my ipad & ipod, but they only sometimes show up on my mac. They will disappear one whole calendar at a time (I have business personal, exercise, etc) & if I add a new event some of the missing ones will re-appear. I have tried re-syncing with mobile me (A clean sync down from the cloud), restarting the program, restarting the computer, deleting the mobile me calendars from my computer & starting over, but nothing seems to help.

any ideas on what might be going on here?

Thanks in advance,

Just a follow-up in case someone searches this in the future. The problem went away as mysteriously as it appeared. I am assuming it was an issue on Apple's end. All is working normally again.
