I have a volume (File Server) setup as a share point. On the File Server are several folders which are used by many users in the office. One such folder is called "Drawings". I have been asked to setup a workstation in the general production area of our company so that production workers will be able to open and print drawings located inside the "Drawings" folder. I do not want them to have write privileges to this folder. I also do not want them to be able to read or write to any of the other folders on the "File Server" volume. My goal is to setup sherlock or something to allow them to search only the "Drawings" folder so that their searches reveal things they will be able to open and understand and leave all the other stuff (some confidential) on the File Server alone so they don't look at it.

How do I set it up to accomplish this? I want everyone but one user (or one group of users) to have read/write access to almost everything on the File Server. I want that one user (or group) to only have access to the "Drawings" folder on the File Server volume. Ideally, it would be nice if I could make the "Drawings" folder a share point all by itself but I understand that Appleshare IP won't allow it.

I'm using AppleShare IP 6.3 so if anyone has any tips for me I would appreciate it.
