I always like the sound of a Chapel Hill bar:

"He's not here" As in: "He's not here. May I help you?"

Reminds me of one of my favorite Daniel Tosh jokes: name the bar "Thank You For Calling, How May I Help You". Phone rings, "Thank you for calling 'Thank You For Calling, How May I Help You', how may I help you?"
