This is your best theme yet. Make the Apple a bit smaller and less blocky, and have the sharp black lines between tabs pronounced. The rest is pretty good. Post a screenshot for others!

No spambot in the world is going to cull your e-mail from a disk image. At worst a few people will see it who otherwise wouldn't... I doubt they care.
I don't see the need to have a meltdown over such a trivial issue, especially when this could have been done back channel. You're just drawing attention to the problem.
