[mad cow disease]

Hey guys -

My HDD just crashed (bad catalog-b node), diskwarrior has done nothing and Apple has quoted me a 7-10 day turnaround for a repair. That leaves me without a laptop for a two week period...in the middle of midterms.

I'm thinking late-model iBook, maybe an earlier PB. Something capable of functional internet, word processing, some excel. Airport-capable. It does need to be in good working condition, although cosmetic appearance isn't much of an issue (but please, no dents). I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN MEET IN MANHATTAN.
