Lets say you had old books that dont neccesarily have bar codes. Would there be some application that could lets say make your own barcodes? Or maybe there is a way that you can skip barcodes alltogether and just add a book and make up your own information. I want to catalog my grandfathers library but all of his books are old/without barcodes. I need a solution Quick!!

Select the Books collection. Press the plus button (or type command-n) to create a new record. Then press the "enter details" button and fill out the form. Drag a cover image onto the gray dashed square. Add a bullion cube, a potato: baby, you've got yourself a stew going.
