Does anyone know a good translation program for the Mac?

Just use Babelfish or any other online translator... it is free and works great. I use it all the time

Will you be connected to the internet? There is a built in translator in Sherlock included in OS X. It seems to work pretty well. Sherlock is your Friend. I don't know if Watson does this or not.
