Hello Guys,
I'm going to sell my G5 2.0 DC soon... I'd like to set it up with a clean install after I zero the drive so that when the next person starts it up they get the "your the first person to start this Mac up experience".
I know I'd read this somewhere before and it may have even been here on MacNN but I guess I'm not wording my searches right. Pretty sure it's just simply turning it off at the right time after the install.
Thanks!

After you're done installed Tiger (or whatever OS) and it restarts, it'll give you the welcome screen. That's when you shut it down.

So simply hit the power button or unplug it? Sorry... I really am smarter than this. Or is there an option to shut down?
Thanks

Hit Command-Q and it will give you a dialog box with options to continue or shutdown.
