If I'm in Hawaii, will it cost extra for dialing and receiving outside the Continental US if I have one of their Nation plans? I've searched but I wasn't able to find a definitive answer. Thanks.

True but a lot of times there's exceptions to these types of rules when you're outside of the Continental US, be it Hawaii or Alaska (never mind the US territories)

My wife and daughter just spent 2 weeks in Hawaii. Didn't cost us anything extra to talk to one another. AT&T to AT&T was still free as usual. I did call before hand to make sure this was the case.
