Block certain IPs and services? From the terminal? Whats the command? Thanks.

not sure what you mean, but maybe you're looking for the firewall? It's in the sharing control panel...

Well, you should learn how to use IPFW if you want to do all that by han (ADD deny blah blah), but you can get firewall software that'll do it for you, like NetBarrier.
