Buzz box equivalent for USB/Firewire?

	Hi, I want to use my iMac to import video from my VCR. Iomega used to make a Buzz Box which could do this. They're discontinued, and you need a PCI card to use it anyway. Instead of buying an adapter, I'd like to find out if there is some alternative through USB or Firewire that will do this?
