Anyone try a PC branded ATI Radeon card in a Mac yet? I see Radeon 7500s on ebay cheap... and there must be some way to flash them with the rom from the bto cards that come in the new Quicksilvers... Any schemers out there? If I could only get the rom I could scam my PC using friend into letting me use his box to flash the card...

I know the previous versions of the Radeons couldn't be flashed so you had to payt like 50 bucks more for the card with the Mac ROM on it. I doubt they changed with this version.

50 bucks??? Well I've seen 100 and more $ difference with the PC versions :-/ Anyways, from what I've heard the only flashable card is a GForce 3. I haven't tried it myself yet though.
