Shapeshifter/X11 bug??

	It may just be my box, but I am having some trouble with shapeshifter and X11. For any theme that has the title-bar buttons (+-0) disappear when the mouse is not over them, the title-bar close button doesnt work in X11. If you click on the close button the window just sits there.. anyone else having this issue?
