I have a 40GB appletv and i'm getting annoyed at having to convert all my shows into a itunes compatible format . . . . i know there's a hack out there to play divx movies off my NAS, so I was wondering if any one has done this AFTER upgrading their software to the latest appletv 2 . . . if you have, can you please refer me to a "how to" page so that i can attempt to do this myself? Thanks so much!

What you really mean is your tired of converting your collection of "perfectly legal" *cough* shows from a proprietary format into an industry standard format to play on your Apple TV.

exactly Drakino . . i was moving out and didn't want to box all my DVDs, so I decided to back them up using handbrake onto a centralized and portable hard drive . . . this was before the appletv . . . now that my house is totally networked out, i just want to make it easier to access my dvd collection again
