Notification via Dialog on new Emails?

	I have searched the WWW for an hour now, but no solution so far. I hope I can get some suggestions here. A client wants his new PowerBook G3 (192 MB RAM; Mac OS 9.0.4) to give him a notification on new email via a dialog. Entourage would play a given sound and even bring the application to the front, but that is not what my client wants. The desired feature is an option in the Internet control panel, but it is not working at all. No dialog, no sound, nothing. What can I do to get it work? Thanks in advance, Johannes Obst
