iphone Speakphone/ Bluetooth Bug

Any one else notice that suddenly iphone make calls, does not default anymore to speakerphone, but to Bluetooth even if you have Bluetooth turned off?

I didn't even know you could have it default to speakerphone, or bluetooth, to make calls?
can you clarify?

have you recently updated?

A issue seems to have resolved on update, keep posted if comes back thanks.

Yeah, it's back full force.. forgot I posted about it!
I don't think it's an issue anyone will understand unless:
1- use speakerphone a lot
2- have Blue set to on all time.
