I know a lot of people are getting depressed because it is 2010 and we are not yet living like the Jetsons. In fact, the only future we have to look forward to is one where the dominant power (China) resembles the Flintstones more than anything else.

However, has the future been here all along?

Is this the future?

I have no idea why there's a one-armed man looking at a window-full of Swarfega in that pic.

Wait. I get it.
The big round window thingy is actually the monitor of the future (linked via some kind of bluetooth jobbie) and he's on the phone to tech support because his graphics card has crapped out and displays nothing but green mush.

That's a window with fish. He's under water.

I totally did not see the fish until you said so. The future has magic-eye.

That guy is a little old to be wearing just a long shirt as his pajamas. And to own a plush swordfish that he keeps on his day bed.

He has swim trunks and a blue NOAA shirt.

Had to look up Swarfega. The description I found ("dark green, gelatinous, thixotropic substance") sounds truly nasty, though I must say the idea of fish swimming in that stuff sounds oddly hilarious.

As soon as the restaurant wars start, I'm heading to walmart for ammo. I want no part of Taco Bell for life, even if Dan Cortez sings live music every night.

It wasn't just me. Those brownish blotches magically turned into fish as soon as he said it.

Shouldn't someone be proposing a constitutional amendment right about now so that Ah-nold can be come President? I mean, we gotta keep things on schedule.
