The movie can be found at:

Macintosh HD/System/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SetupAssistant.framework/Versions/A/Resources/intro.mov

The audio can be found at:

Macintosh HD/System/Library/CoreServices/Setup Assistant... Right-click on Setup Assistant, and click on "Show Package Contents". From the resulting window, go through Content/Resources/intro-sound.aiff.

You can combine the files in QT Pro or iMovie.

Sad thing about the panther intro is they had a beautiful movie but pulled it at the last minute (probably) because apple is so damn arrogant if it gets leaked in beta they're suddenly not interested.

Compared to the beta intro, the retail one was slapdash..

I stood back, but couldn't see the movie good enough or hear the audio, so I moved back up again...

Thanks a lot for the replies!. Whereas I could find the audio, the movie was not there. Anyway, I used the Ars link.
I thought that the final song was Ocean Air and not Eple... Ocean Air was way cooler to me.
