Specifically, I'd like to remove the Stuffit contextual menu and the "Enable Folder Actions" and "Configure Folder Actions" menus.

Help!

Thanks in advance,
Jason

You don't need a utility to remove Finder contextual menu items.

The StuffIt items are either in /Library/Contextual Menu Items/ or ~/Library/Contextual Menu Items/. The folder action items are in /System/Library/Contextual Menu Items/

Move the items out of these folders, restart the Finder and they are gone.

Yeah, I didn't think I needed any third-party stuff.

But thanks for the help. I was having the damndest time finding the Folder Actions plugin.

That's handy but is there a way to remove the default FINDER contextual menu items ? When I right click on an item in a finder window I get a large list, none of which are listed in the above directories.Examples I have no use for include Move to Trash, Print etc..Are these hard coded into the finder ?
