I remember Steve Jobs said that Aqua was designed to make us lick our screens. I'm just curious, now that we are nearing the third iteration of Aqua, has anyone licked their screen yet? I haven't, but I sometimes think about it.

Uhh I think I put a bit of saliva on a klenix to wipe off some finger marks from stupid people... does that count?

Either way I spend most of my time in classic.

No licking here. Aqua's lickability has worn off after three years.

Oh, and I thought this thread was about licking the screen due to browsing porn? But licking because of Aqua sounds kind of worse.

BTW: I haven't done neither.

A truly random question......

And in my case, no, not ever. And never thought about it either. Until now.......

I wouldn't dare.

No way. I want to spend my money on a powerbook.. not another giant LCD display.

Never licked the screen, but I was briefly romantically involved with a joystick port back in the 80's.

Isn't it the very first thing everyone does when they open up a brand new Mac? It's the first thing I do...

I remembered Steve said this during the introduction of PowerBook G4

"When you move your cursor up to the edge, you afraid it is gonna fly off..."

Does it really fly off?

No screen licking here, although I do fondle my mouse quite a lot.
