Bluesky, I bet you're wrong. If the prez needed something Secret Service-y adjusted, it would be done indoors. They don't like anyone to have a clue about what sort of "help" they have in minding the president.
I think the guy in front of George was added because his face doesn't look right. And the lighting on the guy behind him looks different from the lighting on George.
