Kind of new to ipad, but did get my one email account set up. I try to send emails, and this comes up:

UNABLE TO SEND EMAIL. A copy has been placed in your outbox. The recipient (email my email)
was rejected by the server because it does not allow relaying.

This is totally perplexing to me, the ipad receives email ok but wont send. Desktop and Laptop, save settings don't get this.

who is email provider
are you using standard mail app
does your email provider support pop

Yes, mail that comes with ipad, fastmail, imap

This has nothing to do with your iPad.

Make sure the email is set up exactly the same as on your Mac.
(Presumably, you don’t have those issues on your Mac).

Yes same, puzzling, and I think it worked before. Ok, if no one has idea, I guess delete account and redo.

Yes, try that.

I think you accidentally changed something in the setup that caused the issue.
