What you gotta do now is pry off the "TACOMA" and move the letters around. "TAO of MAC."

Same place you get "goddess bless" bumper stickers, bongs, dancing bear decals, fog fountains, and magnetic, spiritual libido-enhancement rings.
You'll never be able to find them online though. They're just like, sooo elusive.

It has side windows, but it still sucks. I bought it when I was a student and didn't have a lot of money. Someday I'll have to replace it with something else.

Granted, I get a little skeptical when the line between fashion statement and political statement gets blurred, but I'm not surprised or unnerved at the views of those who post here. Again we're talking about a 4 year old, silver (which is the same color as unpainted metal by the way) Toyota pickup truck. Then, "impressive" and questions on where to get evolution decals? This is funny stuff. I'm sorry you don't appreciate my humor.

Wow! what the rambus? I'm in a different forum now. It's telling me I've got an invalid argument when I haven't even formed one yet. Have I been reported for bad arguments or something? Crazy.
Now that you've had a van, are you looking for something completely different?
*As an aside; I suppose I shouldn't be so hard on OlePigeon. I just got a 2002, Black, Jeep Wrangler Sport that I'm all happy about.

Seems like they're having forum problems again (what a surprise, eh?). I was on a couple of minutes ago, and the forums said, leftlanenews/forums/macnn.... or something to that effect. Then I got the invalid argument message as well, and I wasn't even arguing with anyone.
Congratulations on your "new' pickup. Just don't tell anyone that it's only 5 days old.

No actually I've just been ignoring it. And I wasn't laughing at the decal or what was on the car, or their interest in such a thing. The decal itself is a mockery for goodness sake.
Someone in the forum said something like "OMG WHERE DID YOU GET THAT!!?" like such things were hard to find. Ebuddy responded making a joke that such things can be found everywhere. As a matter of fact, I am pretty sure the original person who got all excited over it was either
A. Actually out of the loop
B. Being overly dramatic.
Either way, that is what I was laughing at. Again not so sure you got the joke. Regardless OP posted that TO get a reaction. Trying to say it was a purely innocent gesture and wasn't meant to flame is a bit naive. Now that isn't what I am saying you are doing. I am just saying he knew by posting such a thing what response he'd get. And did it anyhow.
Reminds me of women that wear clothes that barely fit them, showing about everything and leaving nothing for the imagination go "OMG that creep is staring at me! WHY DO CREEPS KEEP STARING!!" When she knows why. She just likes the attention.
That and I remember days when ebuddy wasn't so partisan. Those days are long gone, though, and I imagine his continued participation in the PL probably can take some of the blame.
I remember when people use to attack the subjects on here and not the people. Oh wait, no I don't. That has always happened.

They are just upset they are that transparent ebuddy. Just ignore it.
If I were to post such a car, and make sure to make a single picture with a Jesus fish on it like he did above, but with a positive Christian message to it, that is ALL said thread would be about. And the haters here know it. They would be all "What does that have to do with the car!?!! I AM SICK OF THE RELIGIOUS FORCING **** DOWN OUT THROATS!!1 and spazz off onto other forums to complain.
Let em play stupid.

What's a "Creation" decal? The 'fish' is not a Creation decal, it's an expression of faith. It was not designed to incite adversarial bumper-stickers from "enthusiasts" of science.
I remember when I was talking to someone about some biblical studying I had been doing recently and brought up Dr. Chuck Missler. Someone else posted a pic of Chuck Norris in response. You must not have been wearing your cape that day. I could've used your help, but then... I thought it was funny.
That and I remember days when ebuddy wasn't so partisan. Those days are long gone, though, and I imagine his continued participation in the PL probably can take some of the blame.
Why are you whispering? My friends in the P/W Lounge have obviously corrupted me Dakar3. Self-professed (D) vote in the last election, defending gay rights, expressed distaste for the conduct of this Administration and its execution of war in Iraq, vocalized opposition to Creation being taught in public school, etc... I remember the days when I was much more partisan and would generally not have even visited the regular NN Lounge. Then again, I'm not sure you've been reading my posts at all. I miss you.
Again, I'm poking fun at what appears nothing more than a vehicle being used as the canvas for a political/fashion statement and the mental trip back to my Jr. highschool hallways. If you happen to agree with the views expressed on the Toyota and feel compelled to defend them against mild-mannered and harmless humor, that is the product of your partisanship, not mine.

The sad thing is, you're right. Then I'll get to hear what a divisive, partisan shill I've been.
I'm beginning to wonder if they're playing.

Yes this is why I never take any of their ranting seriously. It's more about WHO is saying what than what that person is saying to them. When I find them chastising their "buddies" for the same actions I might start taking their rambling seriously. Until then it just comes off as a "partisan" chip.
I remember posting someone once in the PL pretty much agreeing with something someone had said to me. But this person was SO used to just reply against me he didn't see I was agreeing and just railed off about how stupid I was for not getting it etc. Sad

I needed to get some stuff moved to our summer home this last weekend and rented a Dodge pickup truck. I have no idea why people buy them voluntarily. It's ok when there's a load in the back, but as soon as you're driving that thing empty it jumps all over the place. I'm doing 90 (km/h) in a bend on a reasonably wide road, there's a small pothole or ridge or whatever and the entire back of the truck just jumps to the left.
