Hi all, I have office 2004 and adobe cs3 suite with all the latest updates installed in leopard, and becoming very frustrated trying to distribute PDFs generated from Word:
1) When printing from Word to PDF, whenever Word hits a section break, a new file is generated, instead of 1 complete file (as it does on a PC) OR just the last section is printed. Typical scenario: Portrait pages until reaching a landscape table, then back to portrait, each block in it's own section. Only the last section will be generated in PDF.
2) Tables of contents and cross-reference links are not clickable in the PDF files generated.
Both these problems occur when using the Apple Save as PDF function instead of the Adobe PDF driver. SO... I am thinking it's a word problem?@? but not sure.

Well, thanks!

I don't know about the first problem, but the built-in Print to PDF function will not produce clickable links.
