Hello Friends,
What other video chatting (other than iChat) options are available to a Mac user?
I think the MSN Messenger Video option call doesn't work on the Mac version...

Indeed. Often works better than iChat and is cross platform. IMO the best video chatting platform on the market right now.

Skype is by far the most common, and works well - check out SightSpeed though.

Skype is so much better than iChat. I went on iChat for conferencing after using Skype for a couple of months the difference is quality is quite shocking.

Skype is ace although I find iChat AV rather better quality if going from Mac-to-Mac.
