That looks like a lot of fun for a relatively small amount of money, at the very least it would make a neat conversation starter.
If you want to spend more, in most cases a LOT more, you can even get a title with (somewhat) actual teeth. Ignore the ones that don't come with land (English and Irish), because it's the ownership of the property that transfers the title, at least in Scottish peerages. There are a lot of issues involved there, however, dealing with taxes/back-taxes, renovation agreements, and neighbors. 90% of the time people ignore those things and they lose their shiny new titles due to being deadbeat landlords (hello Kardashians). However, if you do your part, you can become legit and the people who live in those communities will respect you for taking care of, and honoring, their historical landmarks and showing good stewardship.
Last year I bought a 5 hectare (12 acre) property in Scotland that came with a "smallish" castle (by smallish I mean freaking huge for a normal house), some 30km from Loch Ness. It was in really sad shape and the property was seriously overgrown, but we're currently having it fixed up and repaired (and modernized some) and we're going to spend at least part of the year there.

If you'll be there from May to Sept, buy sleeping masks.

Sealand's government has tried to avoid antagonizing the UK over the years, so I doubt they'd let him stay.

The new Mac Pro has up to 30 MB of cache inside the processor itself. That's more than the HD in my first Mac. Somehow I'm still running out of space.
