Probably. But can't you link to it without copying it?

Yeah, but you can't guarantee that it will always be there. An original picture hosted locally would be better.

You can use them if you want. Just put "Copyright Apple Computer, Inc.©."

Go to the apple store hold on and take a pic of your hand holding it, or it lying on a table so you can't tell where it is.

You can put what you want on your site, but I think you still need written premission from Apple to use their copyright image.

If someone wants to buy me a red Nano I'll happily take pictures of it and post them here.
P.S. Check Flickr, find a pic you like, and then talk to the person who took the picture and see if they'll liscence it under GPL and let you use it.

You can do a Flickr search for photos that have been licensed under the Creative Commons License:
Flickr: Search
Then just find one that doesn't have the 'non-commercial' clause in the license (images licensed with this clause won't be accepted on Wikipedia).
For instance, this picture is pretty good, and is licensed under the Attribution 2.0 license.
That means that you can upload it on Wikipedia, as long as you're sure to use this image copyright template, and provide an attribution to the creator of the photo.
