I'm thinking of a long drive this summer and I know route 66 work with USB GPS but I dont know which one.

I use Route 66 with the Pharos GPS:

The whole design is modular, so you can plug the unit in via USB, or bluetooth. I first used it as a USB GPS, but then upgraded it to the bluetooth.

A little expensive, but it all works well.

I couldn't be happier with my Belkin Bluetooth GPS receiver and Route 66. Someone on these boards actually helped me configure it, but once I got it set up it's a no-brainer. If you've got Bluetooth, check eBay for the Belkin.
