Cody, they've been moving to Florida-or building "summer homes" there-for years. Half of the nicest homes in and around Key West belong to people who are too busy to even stop by there because of their entertainment industry work. A darn shame, too, because Key West is such a great place.
Californiaism is like a virus that spreads from the source of infection (LA) in any direction it can move. Ask a native Oregonian (if you can find one).
