Hello, I've got one of OWC's dual bay enclosures connected over fw800 and for whatever reason it is not spinning down the drives either when they're unmounted or when the computer turns off.

Is there a way to force this behavior? My old USB2 enclosure handled it just fine.

And yes, spin down hard disks is checked in sys pref.
