im in need of a way to convert a .pdb file to a printable format, or a program that can print .pdbs themselves. I have read that the creator of the .pdb file is the one that can enable or disable printing, so i think my best bet is to convert > print.

i have tried isilo
and these google serached unix apple scripts (not tech savvy enough to get that to work)
as well as portible app.

im running 10.6.1 or 10.5.8

any help would be appreciated.

What do you mean by a .pdb file? If it is a Protein Databank file, then there are a number of free file viewers. E.g. PyMOL.
