Arrrgh matey. Me and my missus are playing through Curse of Monkey Island (3). Cool to play it on my PowerBook for the first time (I actually had to buy a PC game for that...ick). Actually we played it yesterday, drinking red wine and with lit candles around us. Kids have a different notion of romantic evening nowadays

I'll have to remember that. My real name is too hard for most Americans to pronounce.

I am proud of the first name that I have now. Would have no desire to change.

I kinda like my first name, but I've come across some crackers though.
At school there was a guy called Paul Shagabattery, no joke.

A girl called Chewme Chan, and another girl called Penar Butterlock.

Dr 'Danger' Love.

The first name would forever remain an enigmatic mystery, but 'Dr Love' would be awesome and, of course, Danger is my middle name.

If I had to pick a real name? As a previous poster said, and I second, I've never met an uncool guy named Dave, but then again I might go for something slightly more literate / exotic and have Horatio, Mercutio, Agravain or something like that - Shakespeare and Malory are full of wicked names.

Is it just me, or did Guybrush always look better in 320x200?

I'm a Latin American with an English name. Sometimes I wish my parents had named me something closer to our culture, like Raul or Eduardo. Something with a little umph to it.

Definitely glad they didnt name me Jose or Jesus though. Practically every other Latin American in US is named Jose or Jesus.

Skuyler.

If I was named Skuyler, I could grow out my hair to my shoulders and buy those trendy leather bracelet things. I would be good at surfing and I would do everything to the EXTREME.

David's are generally okay, but can be ****'s... but Daves are just ****ed.
