Yes, the CPU is on a processor card which is perfectly interchangeble with the 400MHZ card.
You can put the DVD drive in your Lombard BUT will also need a DVD Pc slot decoder card to be able to watch DVD's as the 333 Lombard did not have the Decoder built in like the 400 did. VST made one and you can find both the DVD bay drive AND the Decoder pc card on Ebay from time to time. This only works in OS 9 I believe.
