I knocked a cup over and some coke spilled in. I immediately picked it up, upside down as it dripped out, and hard powered it off, then removed the battery.
Nothing else is dripping any more, how long would you recommend I wait before turning it on to see if there was damage?

Wait until its dry. Maybe clean it out first, let it dry, and then turn it on. You should be fine as long as nothing got inside.
Get a keyboard condom (AKA iSkin) for your keyboard. Will save you if this ever happens again.

How do I know if it is dry inside, would overnight be a safe bet?
Or, on the idea of cleaning it out, how would you suggest that?
Thanks (and thanks for the iSkin idea)
