Kimbo was the main event for CBS Elite XC inaugural broadcast a few weeks ago but was some genius at the network scheduled two hours of air time for a three hour event, so he was not seen.

Huh? CBC aired that entire match of Kimbo vs. James Thompson. At least here in Northern VA they did.

The whole thing was shown here too. He's from Miami and is the security for INtheVIP (nsfw) when they're filming in clubs and stuff. I haven't seen him do much since going pro, I'll reserve judgement till he fights someone I've heard of.
His street fight videos are kinda legendary though. When he turned that one guy's eye into a strawberry on the side of his face! gross!

Not that I'd want to fight the guy or anything, but this Elite XC thing is a joke. If he fought half the guys in the UFC, he'd be revealed as a pathetic excuse for an MMA king.

I don't know anyone who says kimbo is an "mma king" but I'd like to make fun of someone who did think that.
