What I am about to do is export my bookmarks and import them into Safari and then sync my phone.

Is there a simple solution to this?

not directly.

Sync up your Firefox bookmarks to Safari:

$12, but everybody seems to love it.

Does that mean you don't use it? I am unable to get my Firefox bookmarks into Safari with Bookit. When I choose migrate it goes through the process and tells me it is complete, but when I open Safari the bookmarks aren't there.

If you create a web page on your website, you can then reach your firefox bookmarks from your iphone.

1. In firefox, go to Organize Bookmarks... in the Bookmarks menu.

2. You will see a star with a recycle symbol in it above your bookmarks. Click "export html"

3. Save this file to your website

4. Navigate to this file on your iphone and make it your top bookmark

I like to then increase the font size to 40pt arial bold using CSS applied to the DT tag, and the line spacing to 3em.

<style type="text/css">DT {line-height: 3em;font-family: Arial;font-size: 40pt;font-weight: 900;}</style>

There is also O-marks, which is free. However, last time I tried it, I couldn't get it to work properly, so YMMV. This was a few months ago, so I am sure they have updated it since then.
I like my water with hops, malt, hops, yeast, and hops.

Not exactly what you are looking for, but you can use Foxmarks (get it at Versiontracker) and you will have your bookmarks available.
