I've been trying to contact Kingston tech support ([email protected]) in response to an email I sent them (on 25th Oct) about a piece of defective RAM in my Powerbook G3/333.

Has anyone else had contact with them recently w/ regard to defective PowerBook RAM, or any RAM for that matter?
