I spent some time (well, ok, over 4 hours) late last night playing Nova... incredible game so far, and I'm sure I've only just scratched the surface. But I just have to say that whoever chose "Mars" from Holst's Planets Suite is a genius. :-) The menacing tone of this song really helps set the mood for the game. I usually turn intro music off on games like this, but this one will stay on.

agreed. i suppose some people might crap about having that much music in there as an extension of d/l time, but i can't possibly imagine setting the tone with some midi thing after hearing the opening for real. the fact that it doesn't chop up on my poor old clone is amazing just in itself.
