So I read this:
http://lifehacker.com/reaver/
Decided to try it out.
Burned the Backtrack CD, booted from it, didn't need to install reaver as it was included, followed hte directions, and BAM!
Started working great! Kinda. It was chewing through PINS, but every few minutes I'd get the "AP Rate Limit Detected" and it'd basically stop for about 5 minutes. After 10 hours, it was about 12% done, but while running overnight it got stuck in an endless loop of:
[+] Sending EAPOL START Request
[+] Receiving identity request
[+] Sending identity response
[+] Receiving identity request
[+] Sending identity response
[!] WARNING: Receive timeout ocurred
[+] Sending WSC NACK
[!] WPS Transaction failed (code: 0x02), re-trying last pin
Over and over. I let it run for another day... no change. So I quit, restarted it all...
but now it won't work AT ALL. Why? It was working brilliantly... what should I be looking for?
I know the AP is WPS enabled, I checked with Wash.
