MONROE -- A Monroe Correctional Complex prisoner with a history of mental illness was rushed to the hospital Thursday after his second attempt to cut off his penis.

I'm starting to question your motives. I can't understand the point of the question. Is it that if someone says 'no' I won't accept favors from those theoretical females then you can jump in and say 'SEE!' you must be willing to accept favors from a guy in some situations if you won't accept them from a 'girl' in some situations? If so that's really a stretch. If you've got some other reason for asking please tell us already. If you need to hear an answer first to make it work then the answer is 'no'.
