Is the lexmark X4270 all in one compatible with the mac? the lexmark site doesn't have drivers for it and googling also shows windows only. Are there any drivers that might allow it to be used with a mac??

I used to have a lexmark x73 all in one or something. It worked fine with my Mac, just plugged it in. I've never actually had to install drivers for any printer i've used on a mac.
